Friday Night Funkin’ Guide: Tips to Ace Every Song in FNF

Here’s a Friday Night Funkin‘ guide with tips to help you beat every song and week on Hard mode:

Understand the Basics:

• Use the arrow keys to move left, right, up and down. Press Z or X to input each note that appears on the chart.

• Hold the arrow keys to hold long notes. Release to end the note.

• Hit notes as they reach the center line for perfect timing. Too early or late results in a miss.

•combos of multiple arrow keys allow you to hit notes in any direction.

• Each week has 5 songs of increasing difficulty. Beat all songs on a difficulty to unlock the next week.

• Hard mode changes up the song chart, speeds up the timing window and adds more complex patterns.

Master Timing and Pattern Recognition:

• Practice each song on Easy first to learn the patterns and when notes typically come.

• Focus on consistent timing, not speed. Hit notes in a steady rhythm to build combos.

• Learn to recognize common note sequences that repeatedly show up .

• Get a feel for the song’s BPM (beats per minute). Match your inputs to the rhythm.

• Track the character’s movements to anticipate when tricky note sections are coming.

• As you progress through the week, note patterns from previous songs tend to repeat.

Mastering Hard Mode:

• Make sure to beat all songs on Normal first before attempting Hard.

• Some songs on Hard mode change patterns and sections around. Be prepared to adapt.

• Input notes as soon as they appear to have the best chance at hitting them in time.

• Listen for audio cues in the music that hint at when notes are coming.

• Practice individual sections that give you trouble over and over until you master them.

• Take breaks if you’re struggling. Come back with a refreshed mind and you’ll improve fast.
