When will ‘Severance’ return to Apple TV+? ‘Severance’ Season 2 premiere date, time, and more
Season 2 is all set to release on Apple TV+ on January 17, 2025.
Gwendoline Christie’s Severance Season 2 role hints at deeper mysteries within Lumon’s O&D department.
Although Christie’s appearance in the teaser is brief, her character can be identified as part of the OD department due to her blue uniform and green badge, which are standard attire for all department employees, as established in Season 1.
Burt G., who led the OD department in Season 1, wore a similar uniform to Christie’s, with the exception of the scarf. With Burt’s retirement at the end of Season 1, it’s possible that Christie has stepped in as the new head of the OD department.
The Lumon severed floor is home to various departments that weren’t fully explored in Season 1, and Christie’s character may serve as a key to uncovering the mysteries within the department.
