Kelsea Ballerini gave a shout-out to her boyfriend, “Outer Banks” star Chase Stokes, on their two-year dating anniversary. Befaore that, Kelsea Ballerini was reflecting on her past year.

She shared with her fans about what she learned in 2024, just before she heads out on the road for her upcoming tour later this month.
she wrote at the beginning of the caption:
“A few days late to the party, but 2024 took a few days to reflect on. Honestly, i couldn’t decide in a knee jerk how to round it up, but here’s a few things i’ve landed on and want to share in the name of navigating growing up together on here.
Ballerini continued:
“I spent majority of this year wildly uncomfortable. part of it intentional, knowing real growth and creativity (maybe even freedom) comes from pushing myself out of my comfort zone,”
She went on to talk about all of the other moments throughout the year that made her uncomfortable, including finding a steady level of love with Stokes, navigating her 30s, and being able to be still with her life rather than constantly on the go. She then ended the note by saying she wants to be able to “find comfort in being uncomfortable.”

Kelsea Ballerini and Chase Stokes are celebrating two years of dating on Tuesday (January 7).
They each reminisced on heartwarming moments they’ve shared with one another in photos on Instagram. Ballerini, 31, marked:
“two years of catching each other in countless cities, perfecting a chimichurri steak, and creating a world that revolves around dogs,” “love you so, teammate. 🤍.”
The Outer Banks star, 32, posted a tribute of his own to Ballerini:
“2 laps around the sun with you, i love you kb 🤍(especially when you laugh so hard you wheeze, and 8 am dance routines to your toothbrush).”

Kelsea opened up about her past struggles with an eating disorder in her 2021 poetry book, Feel Your Way Through. “My parents had just gotten divorced, and I think for me, it was a source of control”she told People. The “Blindsided” singer revealed she battled with bulimia until she decided to seek help after fainting multiple times at the age of 18.
She told tge outlet:
“I don’t work out to get skinny, I work out to be healthy. I don’t eat a salad to be skinny, I eat a salad to be healthy,” “I’ve re-calibrated what it means to me to just look in the mirror and just be like, ‘Man, I’m healthy. I’m strong. I have good breath support to do my job well.’ Those are things that matter to me now, rather than: ‘I look skinny in a dress.’”
Kelsea Ballerini lost 30 pounds by combining Pilates, low-impact exercises, and a high-protein diet. She focused on consistency rather than drastic changes.

Patterns is the fifth studio album by American country pop artist Kelsea Ballerini. The album was released on October 25, 2024, through Black River Entertainment. Ballerini co-produced the album along with Alysa Vanderheym.
