Heidi Klum<\/strong>\u2018s 17-year-old daughter Leni<\/strong> made a rare red carpet<\/strong> appearance with her adopted father, Seal<\/strong>, on Wednesday, October 13 at the premiere for the new Netflix<\/strong> Western film, The Harder They Fall.<\/p>\n Leni and Seal<\/strong>, who has raised the rising model<\/strong> with Heidi<\/strong>, 48, since her birth in 2004, posed for photos together on the carpet at The Shrine in Los Angeles.<\/p>\n The pair were there to celebrate the new film, which Seal contributed to the soundtrack of alongside JAY-Z and Lauryn Hill.<\/p>\n As expected, Leni looked absolutely stunning \u2014 and just like her mother! \u2014 for the star-studded affair. She rocked a black minidress that had a tasseled hem, as well as stylish black heels. The teen added to her fashionable look by leaving her long blonde hair down to reach her waist.<\/p>\n Leni also brought along her boyfriend, 18-year-old hockey player Aris Rachevsky, to the event.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n Meanwhile, Seal looked dapper for his big night out. The \u201cCrazy\u201d crooner wore a black coat, black pants, white button up, and black and white tie. He looked overjoyed to be pictured with Leni, who wrapped her arms around her famous dad as they posed together on the carpet. The pair, plus Aris, were joined by the likes of Kelly Rowland, Tina Lawson, Regina King, Tiffany Haddish and more at the Netflix premiere.<\/p>\n Flavio<\/strong> was never involved in Leni\u2019s life growing up, and so Seal really has been her father figure since birth. Leni has ventured into modeling (guess it runs in the family!), and despite her young age, she\u2019s already hit a number of career highs. Most notably, the teen made her Vogue debut on a joint cover with Heidi in December 2020 on the brand\u2019s German edition. Months later, Leni appeared solo on a cover of the German Glamour.<\/p>\n In a March interview with E!\u2019s Daily Pop, Heidi revealed that Leni had \u201cbeen begging me for years\u201d to model<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Heidi<\/strong> said she initially hesitated to allow her daughter to do so, but once Leni turned 16, she gave her approval. \u201cI\u2019ve seen her walk in heels around the house, but never professionally,\u201d<\/p>\n Heidi admitted, adding, \u201cIt\u2019s kind of different when all of a sudden you look at your child like that and you\u2019re like, \u2018Wow, who is this?\u2019 \u201c<\/p>\n <\/p>\n On Wednesday, Oct. 13, it was Seal and Leni Klum, the daughter he raised with ex-wife Heidi Klum. In a rare joint public appearance, the two posed on the red carpet at a Los Angeles screening of Netflix’s The Harder They Fall, which will be released on Oct. 22.<\/p>\n Leni, 17, sported a glamorous black Dolce & Gabbana dress embellished by a trim of Swarovski crystals. As for the “Kiss From a Rose” singer, Seal coordinated with the teenage model in a black besuited look.<\/p>\n While it’s not often fans see Seal and Leni in front of the cameras together, Heidi’s oldest daughter has been in the public spotlight a lot more as of late in the midst of her budding modeling career. In December 2020, she appeared on the cover of Vogue Germany for the first time with her supermodel mom. She later opened Berlin Fashion Week, marking her fashion week debut.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n As Heidi recalled on E!’s Daily Pop in March, Leni had been “begging me for years” to start her own modeling career. “Her being 16, almost 17, I said, ‘fine,'” the Project Runway alum said. “She opened Berlin Fashion Week.” And with more than 1 million Instagram followers, it’s clear Leni is steadily making a name for herself beyond being Heidi’s daughter.<\/p>\n Leni has been in the spotlight since Heidi gave birth to her in May 2004, shortly after she and Leni’s father Flavio Briatore broke up. A year later, Heidi wed Seal, who went on to adopt Leni. However, after welcoming three more children together, he and the Making the Cut co-host separated in 2012. Klum has since married rocker Tom Kaulitz.<\/p>\n “I know that being my daughter is not always easy,” Heidi wrote to Leni in a December 2020 Instagram post, translated from German to English. “You never had the opportunity to grow up ‘normally.’ But what is normal?
