Tim Miller, the director behind the global sensation Deadpool, has revealed the surprisingly low paycheck he received for his work on the film. Despite its immense success, which grossed over $782 million worldwide, Miller was paid just $225,000 for his directorial efforts. Speaking at a panel in Brazil, Miller expressed pride in being part of such a groundbreaking project but admitted that being a first-time director in Hollywood doesn’t always come with the million-dollar paycheck many expect. He also joked about not getting a cut from the movie’s lucrative merchandising. The revelation adds an unexpected twist to the Deadpool success story.
